teacher's pronunciation

What language areas do you think you particularly want work on to be a well qualified English teacher?
-I think speaking and listning are very important part of english. Of course, writting too.
recently, people emphasis on conversation. so the number of native speaker of english has increaseing now. we have to follow these present situation.
In the past, we had study reading skill and memorize words. but now we have to realize that people want to conversation skill that is listening and speaking.
So I wanna study english speaking and listening more and more.

Stundents these days tend to really care their English teacher's pronunciation. They seem to believe that English teachers should pronounce just like a native speakers of English. What do you think about this belief? How would you react to this attitude (belief)?
These situation impose a heavy burden on me. but It is a natural circumstances.
I also agree to this assertion english teachers are good at pronunciation. but I think we don't expect too much of them. they are Coreans not American. expect to them to be native speaker is not right. I would be a teacher and when I become a teacher, I will study engish focusing on speaking and listening. I will do my best.
